Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
At Diva’s Lodge Beauty Bar, we value your time and ours. To ensure the best service and experience, we have the following policies in place:

Non-Refundable Deposit: An upfront payment is required to secure your appointment. This payment is non-refundable.

Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. The 10% upfront payment will be applied to the new appointment date. Failure to rebook within the specified time frame will result in forfeiture of your deposit.

No-Shows: Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will forfeit their deposit and may be required to pay an additional deposit for future bookings.

Late Arrivals: If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, we may not be able to accommodate your service, and your deposit will be forfeited. Please contact us if you anticipate being late.

Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Emergency Situations: We understand that life happens! If an emergency arises, please contact us directly, and we will do our best to accommodate a reschedule based on availability.
